Korea Exchange Selects Five Companies Including Shinsegae as Excellent Corporate Governance Report Awardees
The Korea Exchange has selected five companies-Lotte Hi-Mart, Shinsegae, Amorepacific, HD Hyundai, and SK Hynix-as the recipients of the 2025 Excellent Corporate Governance Report Disclosure Awards.
Since 2019, the Korea Exchange has been awarding listed companies that faithfully and transparently disclose their corporate governance status in accordance with the "Corporate Governance Report Guidelines" as Excellent Corporate Governance Report Disclosure Awardees.
Starting this year, additional points were given to listed companies that disclosed their corporate value enhancement plans and published their corporate governance reports in English.
The award-winning companies are recognized for contributing to shareholder protection and fostering a sound disclosure culture in the capital market through exemplary corporate governance disclosures.

Within this month, the Korea Exchange plans to announce in advance the key inspection items for the 2026 corporate governance reports to promote qualitative improvement of the reports. In addition, as the mandatory disclosure requirement for corporate governance reports will be expanded from "KOSPI-listed companies with total assets of 500 billion won or more" to all KOSPI-listed companies starting in 2026, the Korea Exchange will systematically support listed companies by distributing guidance materials, providing one-on-one consulting on report preparation, and offering training to ensure smooth disclosures.
