Junggonara Receives KISA President’s Commendation for Protecting Secondhand Trade User Rights
Awarded Following Last Year's Commendation from the President of the Korea Consumer Agency
Junggonara announced on the 2nd that it received an institutional commendation from the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) at the "Private-Public C2C Secondhand Trade Council Performance Sharing Meeting" held on the 28th of last month at El Tower in Yangjae, Seoul. The award recognized Junggonara's contributions to establishing standards for resolving secondhand trade disputes and protecting user rights.
This performance sharing meeting was organized to share the achievements of dispute mediation in the secondhand trade market and to discuss future directions for institutional improvement. The event was attended by relevant organizations such as the Fair Trade Commission, the Ministry of Science and ICT, the Korea Consumer Agency, the Electronic Transaction Dispute Mediation Committee under KISA, as well as major secondhand trading platforms.

This year, Junggonara prioritized strengthening transaction reliability and has significantly enhanced various safety measures through the large-scale implementation of its "Safe Guarantee Project" in the second half of the year, which centers on default safe payment application, reinforced seller identity verification, and a safe compensation system. Recently, the company introduced an "App Safe Transition Policy," which unifies all transaction processes-from product registration to payment and delivery-within the app, focusing on preventing user damage and ensuring transaction safety.
