The Brand Universe of "Ashley in Her 20s" Unveiled for the First Time
Showcasing Collections in Collaboration with E-Land Museum
E-Land Eats announced on November 25 that Ashley Queens will open its first-ever pop-up store in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, from December 20 to January 25. This pop-up is a bold exhibition-style event in the restaurant industry, going beyond a simple menu tasting to create a space that embodies the brand's universe, story, and heritage.
The pop-up will be held on the site of the upcoming "Ashley Queens Seongsu Branch," which is scheduled to open in March 2026. This marks Ashley Queens' full-scale entry into the Seongsu commercial district as part of its strategy to expand its young customer base, including Millennials & Gen Z. It is also the first case of a leading family restaurant brand executing its renewal and customer expansion strategy through a pop-up event before the official launch.
The core of the pop-up is the unveiling of Ashley Queens' brand universe for the first time, featuring the characters of grandmother "Catherine," mother "Evelyn," and daughter "Ashley," along with related exhibits. The brand story, symbolizing the sincerity, warmth, and heritage of an American home, is visualized across six themed spaces. These spaces will also showcase, for the first time, American classic collectibles that E-Land Museum has gathered over more than 30 years. The exhibits include items directly connected to the brand universe, such as the Kennedy couple's wedding plate, a collection of classic American films, and objects representing American heritage.
Special menu items, available only during the pop-up period, have been prepared. American home-style dishes will be reinterpreted in a unique way to fit the brand concept. There will also be a dedicated space for a dessert buffet exclusively for pre-booked guests, allowing visitors to experience Ashley Queens' next-generation dessert lineup in advance.

An official from E-Land Eats' Ashley Queens stated, "This exhibition shows that Ashley has become more than just a dining space-it is now a culture and content in itself. Through this pop-up, we will fully showcase the brand's origins and philosophy," adding, "We especially aim to redefine the brand for younger customers and further expand our customer base through the upcoming Seongsu branch."
