The Undergraduate Excellent Paper Awards went to Harin Jang and Yeo Jin Jang for their paper "Reinforcement Learning-Based Dynamic Link Scheduling for QoS Satisfaction in Wi-Fi 7 MLO Environments," and to Junseong Park, Hyunseok Jang, and Beomdo Park for "Robust Quantum Battery Charging via a Stepwise Reinforcement Learning Framework."
