Neople Labor and Management Approve Collective Bargaining Agreement Including 4 Million Won Wage Increase
Similar to Nexon Korea Agreement Except for Jeju Housing Support
"We Will Strive to Operate a Fair and Sustainable Compensation System"
The labor and management of Neople, a subsidiary of Nexon, have concluded negotiations for the 2025 wage and collective bargaining agreement. This comes about a month after the dissolution of the Neople labor union branch.

Except for the increase in Jeju housing support, the agreement is at the same level as the labor-management agreement reached by Nexon Korea in March.
The agreement includes a wage increase fund of 4 million won, an increase in annual welfare points from 2.5 million to 3.6 million points, and an increase in housing support for the Jeju region. The housing support was adjusted to 10.7 million won per year for single employees and 224 million won for lump-sum lease, and 15 million won per year for married employees and 320 million won for lump-sum lease. The total number of hours exempted from work for union activities was set at 6,000 hours (two full-time and two part-time representatives).
Neople stated, "We will do our best to operate a fair and sustainable compensation system based on trust with our members."

Meanwhile, the Neople union went on strike for the first time in the industry last June, claiming that the company had reduced the new development performance bonus (GI) despite "Dungeon & Fighter Mobile" achieving record-high sales last year. Although negotiations continued with management, the union branch voted to dissolve at the Nexon branch delegates' meeting last month, resulting in the suspension of industrial actions.
