"Delivering Value at the Fastest Speed in the Optimal Environment"
Cosmetics Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) company Cosmecca Korea announced on October 28 that it has newly opened its Central Research Institute in Pangyo Second Techno Valley.
This new research institute brings together key departments-including research and development, sales, marketing, and business planning and support-into a single space, aiming to simultaneously strengthen technological competitiveness and organizational efficiency. Through this, it is expected to establish itself as a research and development (R&D) hub leading K-Beauty.

This setup significantly shortens the lead time from product planning to prototype testing and creates a flexible R&D environment capable of responding quickly to changes in client demands.
The Central Research Institute aims to be more than just a research facility; it aspires to be a "platform where talent gathers and grows." By providing various employee benefits-including parking support for all staff, a fitness center, and a vertically greened eco-friendly office-the company seeks to enhance employee satisfaction and foster a "workplace culture people want to be a part of." The strategy is to build a virtuous cycle that leads to talent acquisition, increased organizational engagement, and strengthened corporate competitiveness.
With the opening of the institute, the company plans to accelerate the creation of an open innovation ecosystem in collaboration with Gyeonggi Province, focusing on joint research with startups, the development of next-generation ingredients and formulations, and the advancement of sustainable K-Beauty technologies. Furthermore, Cosmecca Korea will expand technical collaboration with global brands to solidify its position as a technology-driven K-Beauty leader.
