According to the university on October 1, this event, hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and organized by the Korea Artificial Intelligence and Software Industry Association, is the largest AI festival in Korea, with over 350 institutions and companies participating and more than 30,000 visitors attending.
The university drew attention by presenting creative research achievements that can be applied in industrial settings.
The most notable work was the articulation training service "Mal:ppeot." This online service, designed for individuals with speech impairments, analyzes their voice to provide immediate feedback and incorporates game elements to support effective training. It previously won the grand prize at the "2025 Software-Centered University Digital Competition" held last month.
Other student projects that received enthusiastic responses included: an AI bartender robot that recommends and makes cocktails through voice conversations; an AI virtual fitting solution that reduces online shopping return rates using photo synthesis technology; an AI voice diary app based on emotion analysis; and an emotional protection system for call center agents that helps reduce counselor stress.
