Gyeonggi XR Center Recruiting Startup Tenants... No Deposit or Maintenance Fees
Independent Offices and Development Equipment Provided
Applications Accepted Until October 23
On October 1, the Gyeonggi Content Agency announced that it is recruiting companies for residency at the 'Gyeonggi XR Center,' targeting XR and AI startups. Applications will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on October 23. The center is located near Gwanggyo Jungang Station on the Shinbundang Line.
Resident companies can use independent offices by paying only an annual usage fee, with no deposit or maintenance fees required. They can also use shared spaces such as meeting rooms, lounges, and event halls, as well as content development equipment and testing environments, all free of charge.
Startups in need of independent office space, as well as prospective entrepreneurs preparing to establish a corporation, are eligible to apply. There are three available offices: one for six people and two for eight people. The basic residency period is one year, which can be extended up to two years upon review.
Virtual office support is also available. This allows prospective entrepreneurs and sole proprietors to use the center's address, a designated mailbox, and some shared facilities without physically moving in. Selection will be made through a separate document review process.
