Obzen Secures Contract to Build Digital Marketing Automation Solution for Meritz Securities
Digital Transformation Accelerates Among Korean Securities Firms
AI and Big Data-Driven Customer Experience Innovation Gains Momentum
Obzen, a company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI)-based marketing solutions, announced on September 10 that it has secured the contract to build a digital marketing automation solution for Meritz Securities. The project began in early September and will run for approximately six months until February next year.
This project aims to advance Meritz Securities' digital marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) systems in line with the rapid expansion of its retail customer base, focusing on customer lock-in and activation. By automating customer segmentation and channel management processes that were previously handled manually, the company plans to significantly improve campaign operation efficiency and deliver a more personalized customer experience.
Meritz Securities will implement Obzen's integrated customer data platform, "CDXP+." CDXP+ is the only comprehensive solution in the industry that supports the entire process from collecting and analyzing customer behavior data, to managing batch campaigns, and providing tailored offerings. It is currently widely used by major banks, securities firms, insurance companies, and card companies in Korea.
Through this implementation, Meritz Securities will establish a data-driven marketing system, including marketing strategy development based on customer behavior data within its mobile and web trading systems (MTS and WTS), real-time data-based targeting, and automation of campaign dispatch and remarketing execution. This will enable the company to provide even more sophisticated, customized services to its customers, thereby strengthening its retail competitiveness.
