This rebranding initiative aims to enhance its capabilities as a B2B SaaS (Business-to-Business Software as a Service) solution, focusing on enterprise-customized modules and natural language analysis based on large language models (LLM). The company also seeks to highlight the characteristics of its system integration (SI) product, which can be customized for various corporate and brand business environments.
Featuring Enterprise is a dashboard-building platform that analyzes and visualizes data generated from multiple social networking service (SNS) channels such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, tailored to corporate business objectives. It is used not only in influencer marketing but also serves as foundational data for decision-making in areas such as business development and strategic planning.
Featuring plans to evolve into a global social media intelligence company by integrating artificial intelligence (AI) agent functions that automate the entire influencer marketing process, going beyond social data analysis with Featuring Enterprise. To achieve this, the company is focusing on building an LLM-based intelligent social search infrastructure and advancing the Featuring AI engine by incorporating multimodal technology.
