KB Kookmin Bank Donates 300 Million Won to National Cancer Center, Launches Senior Social Contribution Projects
KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 27th that it has donated 300 million won to the National Cancer Center and will jointly carry out social contribution projects for seniors.

View original imageAt the "Donation Agreement Ceremony for a Healthy Tomorrow for Seniors" held the previous day at the National Cancer Center in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, key figures including Yang Hangwang, Chairman of the National Cancer Center Development Fund, Lee Geonguk, Director of the National Cancer Center Research Institute, and Lee Hwanju, President of KB Kookmin Bank, were in attendance.
Through this agreement, both parties plan to jointly implement customized social contribution projects aimed at promoting senior health and supporting cancer prevention, management, and treatment.
KB Kookmin Bank donated 300 million won to the National Cancer Center Development Fund and agreed to continue discussions on further collaboration. The donation will be used for the development of an AI-based health management system and the advancement of hospital infrastructure, funding research on aging prevention through senior data analysis, developing accident prevention and rehabilitation programs for seniors, and expanding senior-related social contribution initiatives.
