The total amount of marine waste collected was 54 kg, of which marine plastic waste accounted for about 30 kg. When converted to the weight of 500 ml PET bottles, this is equivalent to approximately 2,450 bottles.
A Clean Country representative stated, "The Clean Sea Initiative is not a one-time campaign, but a regular beach cleanup activity that has continued for five years through the voluntary participation of our employees. Going forward, Clean Country plans to continue environmental protection activities not only in marine areas but also in forests, cities, and various other spaces."

The Clean Sea Initiative goes beyond simple environmental cleanup, representing a key ESG practice since 2021 in which Clean Country employees have continuously contributed to protecting the local marine environment each year. To preserve the environment of Gungpyeong-ri Beach, which is famous for its sandy shores, mudflats, and sunsets, Clean Country adopted the beach as a "companion beach" in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do in 2023.
