DL E&C has secured a major urban redevelopment project in the Seoul metropolitan area, continuing its winning streak in urban renewal contracts.
According to an electronic disclosure by the Financial Supervisory Service on August 8, DL E&C announced that it had signed a construction contract with the Incheon Bupyeong Sinchon District Redevelopment Association for the "Incheon Bupyeong Sinchon District Redevelopment Project." The contract amount is 287 billion KRW, which accounts for approximately 3.45% of last year's consolidated revenue.
The project site is located at 283-66, Bupyeong-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon. The plan is to build 17 apartment buildings ranging from four underground floors to 40 above-ground floors, along with various ancillary welfare facilities. The contract period is 46 months from the actual groundbreaking date, which has not yet been determined.

This contract does not include a deposit or advance payment; instead, payments will be made from the total revenue, including association member contributions and proceeds from general sales. DL E&C stated, "The contract amount and period may change during the course of construction."
