In particular, various opinions were exchanged regarding the effectiveness and sustainability of education conducted directly at industrial sites, and the potential for linkage with regional industrial development.
One official who participated in the evaluation stated, "It is a very meaningful attempt for universities to provide practical on-site education at the center of the film and video industry," adding, "Through close cooperation between industry and universities, this will become a model for joint growth of the region and the universities."
The strengths and areas for improvement identified through this evaluation will be actively reflected in the future operation of the Glocal University Field Campus and in the cultivation of talent tailored to local industries.
There are high expectations that the achievements of field-oriented education based on the Busan International Film Festival will spread as a best practice, leading the innovation of the regional industrial ecosystem and university education.
