Online Applications Open from July 25
The Korea University of Technology and Education's Distance Lifelong Education Center (Director: Lee Moonsu) announced on July 24 that it is recruiting students for the Academic Credit Bank System in preparation for the start of the second semester on September 2.
This semester, 30 technology and engineering-focused courses will be offered, including computer engineering, mechanical engineering, and mechatronics engineering. Up to 40 students will be selected for each course.
The application period runs from July 25 to July 31. Tuition is completely free for each course, and applicants may register for up to four courses.
Anyone who has graduated from high school or holds an equivalent or higher academic qualification is eligible to apply. Applications can be submitted online through the Distance Lifelong Education Center's website.
If the number of applicants exceeds the available spots, selection will be based on the following criteria: necessity of learning, sincerity, and performance capability. Each criterion will be evaluated independently.
The final selection results will be announced on the website on August 14, and successful applicants will also be notified individually.
Director Lee Moonsu stated, "The Academic Credit Bank System at the Distance Lifelong Education Center provides an opportunity to build technology and engineering skills without financial burden," and added, "We will continue to offer high-quality online education programs to contribute to the spread of lifelong learning culture nationwide."
