This follow-up measure aims to prevent trauma among the deceased worker's colleagues, who were shocked by the sudden accident, and to help them return to their daily routines.
The counseling program consists of psychological assessments, in-depth individual counseling, and workplace trauma education. In addition, intensive management and long-term follow-up counseling will be provided according to the degree of trauma caused by the incident.
On this day, Director Kwon Kuhyung visited the workplace in person to offer words of comfort to the foreign workers and to listen to difficulties they face on-site. Director Kwon emphasized, "Support for the safety and emotional stability of migrant workers is essential," and added, "Business owners must also pay special attention to preventing workplace accidents."
The Yangsan Branch plans to use this case as an opportunity to strengthen its support system for the psychological recovery of foreign workers, and to expand customized support for their stable stay and improvement of working conditions.
