Dong-Eui Science College Holds 'Job Competency Enhancement Workshop' for Faculty and Staff... Fostering Communication and Innovation
Dong-Eui Science College (President Kim Youngdo) has organized a meaningful event to enhance the professionalism of its faculty and staff and to strengthen communication within the organization.
From July 1 to July 2, Dong-Eui Science College held the "2025 DIT ACE Job Competency Enhancement Workshop" at Hotel Hyundai by Lahan in Ulsan.

View original imageA total of 179 faculty and staff members, including President Kim Youngdo, participated in the event and took part in a variety of programs aimed at advancing the college. The event was designed not only to provide mental and physical refreshment for those involved in education and administrative work, but also to focus on practical lectures and discussions on topics such as understanding Generation Z students, college promotion, and enhancing student satisfaction.
Lecturer Kim Yongseop delivered a talk titled "The Reality and Understanding of Generation Z," emphasizing that "student management is impossible without understanding Gen Z college students," and received a positive response by addressing communication methods with the MZ generation. Next, lecturer Noh Yujin presented strategies for strengthening the college's brand image and enhancing student satisfaction through various promotional case studies.
After the lectures, there was also a free discussion session. Faculty and staff shared and explored concerns and solutions related to the essence and direction of innovation in vocational education, the establishment of college development plans, and future strategies for promoting RISE (Regional Innovation System based on local government-university cooperation) initiatives.
Kim Youngdo, President of Dong-Eui Science College, stated, "This workshop was an opportunity to build cooperation and consensus among members and to strengthen our capabilities for sustainable college development," adding, "We will strengthen student-centered education and create an innovative college where faculty and staff grow together in response to the changing educational environment."
