Food tech startup PROBRAND Co., Ltd. announced on July 1 that it has appointed Kim Youngheon as Executive Vice President and is strengthening its management system to lead the digital transformation of the food service industry.
Kim Youngheon will oversee all key areas, including fundraising, business strategy development, and the launch of new business ventures. Through this, he is expected to play a central role in establishing PROBRAND's technology-based F&B solutions in both domestic and international markets.

PROBRAND is developing next-generation dining solutions that combine AI-based food trend analysis, ingredient powdering technology, customizable meal kits that anyone can easily prepare, and automated cooking systems. In particular, the company is introducing a switching model that allows existing restaurants to easily change menus according to trends, as well as an urban factory-style gourmet restaurant structure.
