KoreaTech Conducts 'AI and Edutech' Training for Principals of Seoul Elementary, Middle, and High Schools
Smart Learning Factory, XR Studio, and More in Operation
Korea University of Technology and Education announced on June 20 that it had conducted an AI and edutech-based training program for about 40 principals from elementary, middle, and high schools in Seoul, as well as officials from the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education.
This training was organized as part of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education's "2025 Digital-Based Educational Innovation Senior Official Training Program."
Participants toured advanced educational facilities within the Dadam Future Learning Center, including the Smart Learning Factory, Flexible Production System Lab, XR Studio, and Meta Studio. They also attended a special lecture on "Career Counseling Based on Generative AI" by Professor Lee Hyeeun from the Department of Employment Service Policy.
The Admissions and Public Relations Office provided information on the 2026 admissions process and introduced the university's educational specialization direction and the current use of the Dadam Future Learning Center.
Moon Ilyoung, Director of Admissions and Public Relations, stated, "The number of applicants from the Seoul metropolitan area is increasing every year due to our top-tier employment rate nationwide, specialized undergraduate education, and comprehensive welfare programs. The Dadam Future Learning Center is a state-of-the-art educational facility utilized by more than 4,000 people annually, and visits from public institutions and high school officials are also steadily continuing."
