On the previous day, Unison announced that it had decided to conduct a rights offering with a general public offering of forfeited shares after allocation to existing shareholders, in order to raise 64.26 billion KRW in operating funds. A total of 51 million common shares will be issued. The planned issue price is 1,260 KRW per share. The record date for the allocation of new shares is July 22.
