Bumin Hospital Partners with Puzzle AI to Build an AI-Based Smart Hospital
Bumin Hospital Group (Chairman Jung Heungtae) has signed a business agreement with AI healthcare specialist company Puzzle AI (CEO Kim Yongsik) to establish an AI-based smart medical treatment and patient care system.

View original imageThrough this agreement, the two organizations have decided to introduce a range of systems throughout the hospital, including a medical voice recognition system, generative AI-based medical record automation, and an AI clinical support system. They will collaborate to improve the efficiency of medical staff and create a patient-centered smart medical environment.
Puzzle AI plans to actively support Bumin Hospital’s transition to a smart hospital by applying AI solutions specialized for critical care areas such as outpatient clinics, emergency centers, intensive care units, and operating rooms, based on its leading voice recognition and generative AI technology in Korea.
Jung Heungtae, Chairman of Bumin Hospital Group, stated, "With this agreement, Bumin Hospital will be able to establish a patient-centered clinical environment and implement a system that allows medical staff to focus more on patient care," adding, "This will serve as an opportunity to simultaneously enhance the quality of care and patient satisfaction through AI technology."
Kim Yongsik, CEO of Puzzle AI, commented, "It is very meaningful to collaborate with Bumin Hospital, which has an excellent medical infrastructure," and added, "As a technical partner for building a smart hospital, Puzzle AI will dedicate all of its capabilities."
Puzzle AI has previously collaborated with hospitals such as Asan Medical Center and Seoul St. Mary's Hospital to develop medical voice recognition systems and AI-based medical record solutions. Recently, the company’s technological capabilities were officially recognized with the receipt of the IR52 Jang Youngsil Award.
This agreement is expected to serve as a turning point for Bumin Hospital, taking another step forward as a leading hospital in smart medical innovation.
