SK Hynix Holds 'Tech Special Lecture' for So-bu-jang Partners to Strengthen Capabilities
Held at Doosan Tower in Seongnam on June 12
SK Hynix announced on June 13 that it held a 'Tech Special Lecture' for executives and employees of its materials, parts, and equipment (so-bu-jang) partner companies at Doosan Tower in Seongnam, Gyeonggi-do, on June 12.
First launched in 2023, the Tech Special Lecture is an educational program for so-bu-jang partners organized by SK Hynix's 'Semiconductor Academy.' The program was designed to invigorate the semiconductor ecosystem and create social value by strengthening the technological capabilities of partner companies.
This event was the first in-person lecture since the introduction of the Tech Special Lecture program, with more than 200 executives and employees from 72 partner companies in attendance. SK Hynix noted that over 30% of the participants were executives, reflecting the high level of interest in semiconductor education.
At the event, a technical executive from SK Hynix personally participated and shared the latest semiconductor trends and development directions. In a lecture titled 'Trends and Future of Advanced Packaging Technology,' Son Hoyoung, Executive Vice President in charge of Advanced PKG Development at SK Hynix, introduced the increasingly prominent back-end process technologies. A Q&A session followed the lecture.
