A total of 14 complexes, including the Siheungap (Phase 2) Happy Housing, were included in the inspection.
BMC conducted a comprehensive inspection of the main mechanical systems, including heating and cooling equipment, ventilation systems, water supply and hot water systems, and piping systems, to check for proper operation and aging. Any issues that required improvement were addressed immediately on-site. BMC also plans to establish related internal policies in the future to ensure safer and more efficient operation of the facilities.
Shin Changho, President of Busan Urban Corporation, stated, "The stable operation of mechanical equipment in rental apartments is directly linked to the safety of residents' daily lives. We will continue our efforts not only to extend the lifespan of the equipment but also to save energy and create a pleasant residential environment."
