Dabangs Enhances 'AI Recommended Listings' Service: "Personalized Room Recommendations"
On June 12, Dabangs, a real estate platform, announced the launch of its enhanced 'AI Recommended Listings' service, which has been upgraded with generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
This new service upgrades the previous AI recommended listings feature, focusing on improving the user experience (UX) so that customers can find properties that meet their desired criteria more easily and quickly. Based on generative AI technology, the system comprehensively analyzes users' interests, search history, behavior patterns, and preferred conditions. The goal is to reduce the time and effort required to search for properties and to increase user satisfaction through more suitable property recommendations.
With the service enhancement, Dabangs now provides additional features that reflect not only commonly preferred aspects of the real estate market but also factors such as gender and age group. In particular, the platform aims to meet the expectations of the 2030 generation by considering various residential conditions, including proximity to subway stations, single-person households, and newly built properties.
Additionally, the service now recommends properties in real time based on users' search patterns and changes in interests, and analyzes daily usage data to provide personalized notifications.
Previously, in December of last year, Dabangs introduced the 'AI Auto-Generated Detailed Description' feature, which uses generative AI technology to help agent members register property information more easily and accurately.
