Asan City to Improve Cheonan-Asan Station Taxi Stand
Roof Replacement and Facility Upgrades with an Investment of Approximately 110 Million Won
On May 29, the city of Asan in South Chungcheong Province announced that it will carry out improvement work on the taxi stand at Cheonan-Asan Station until the end of next month.
This project aims to improve the aging taxi stand and create a more comfortable waiting environment.
Since May 26, the city has been investing approximately 110 million won in total project costs to replace the roof, repaint facilities, and install reinforced glass windbreaks, among other improvements.
During the construction period, use of the taxi stand may be partially restricted. However, the city plans to minimize inconvenience to citizens by carrying out the work in phases and installing informational signage.
A city official stated, "We will continue to focus on improving the urban transportation environment by reflecting feedback from the field in order to enhance user satisfaction."
