Director Wooyeon Kim, Taekyung Lee, head of the Daejeon Technopark branch of the Public Science and Technology Research Labor Union, and other department staff personally visited an employee expecting a child to deliver a gift box and a bouquet of flowers as a congratulatory gesture.
The employee who became the first recipient of the birth package said, "It is very meaningful to receive the 'No. 1 Happy Birth Package' ahead of the birth of my first child," and added, "I am grateful to be able to start my maternity leave with heartfelt congratulations and warm gifts from my colleagues."
