[Featured Stock] Heerim Gains Attention with History of Service Contracts Amid Lee Jae-myung's Push for National Assembly Relocation to Sejong
Heerim's stock price is on the rise. This appears to be due to the spotlight on its past record of winning related service contracts after Lee Jae-myung, the Democratic Party of Korea's presidential primary candidate, announced a pledge to fully relocate the National Assembly to Sejong City.
As of 10:27 a.m. on the 18th, Heerim's stock price recorded 5,380 won, up 6.32% from the previous day. The news that Lee stated on social media (SNS) the day before, saying, "Sejong will be a de facto administrative capital, and Daejeon will be made a world-class science city," and "The complete relocation of the National Assembly headquarters and the presidential office to Sejong City will also be promoted through social consensus," seems to have acted as a positive factor.
Previously, Heerim was selected as the successful bidder for the basic plan establishment service for the construction of the National Assembly Sejong Assembly Hall by the Public Procurement Service in 2022.
