30s Man Arrested and Indicted for Breaking Police Bus Window with Club during 'Yoon Dismissal' Protest
The prosecution has indicted a man in his 30s who damaged a police bus in protest against the Constitutional Court's decision to dismiss former President Yoon Seok-yeol, keeping him in custody.
On the 17th, the Criminal Division 2 of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office (Chief Prosecutor Jo Ara) formally charged Lee Mo on suspicion of damage to special public property while in custody.
Lee is accused of breaking the glass window of a police bus parked in front of Exit 5 of Anguk Station on Seoul Subway Line 3 with a baton immediately after the Constitutional Court ruled to dismiss former President Yoon on the 4th.
