Studio N, the production company, announced on the 14th that it will create a series based on Naver Webtoon's hit work 'Jaehon Hwanghu' (Remarriage Empress).
'Jaehon Hwanghu' is a romance fantasy epic that recorded a global cumulative view count of 2.6 billion as of December last year. It depicts the events that unfold when Nabiye, the Empress of the Dongdae Empire, demands remarriage to Prince Heinrich of the Western Kingdom instead of accepting Emperor Sobieshu's divorce notice. It began as a web novel in 2018 and expanded into a webtoon, establishing itself as a global intellectual property (IP).
