Fire at Soongsil Univ. Station on Subway Line 7... Normal Operation Resumed
A fire broke out on the 10th at Soongsil University Station on Seoul Subway Line 7.
Seoul Metro reported that around 9:30 a.m. smoke was detected in the concourse and platform of Soongsil University Station, and from 9:50 a.m., trains passed through the station in both directions without stopping. Normal operations resumed around 10:28 a.m.
The 119 rescue team was dispatched to the scene to inspect and guide passenger evacuation, and no casualties have been reported so far.
