Normal Train Operation at All Seoul Subway Stations
Seoul Metro announced on the 4th that it will end the non-stop passage and station closure at Anguk Station on Line 3, which had been in effect since the first train, at 4:32 PM.
With the end of the non-stop passage at Anguk Station, train operations at all stations will return to normal.
The corporation implemented the non-stop passage and entrance closures at Anguk Station on Line 3 from the first train on the 4th to manage crowds. However, as the number of people entering the area near the Constitutional Court decreased following the presidential impeachment ruling, the corporation decided to reopen the closed entrances and lift the non-stop passage starting at 4:32 PM.
Earlier, the corporation had lifted the non-stop passage and reopened entrances at Hangangjin Station on Line 6 at 1:15 PM.
Additionally, on the 5th, the corporation will implement safety measures in preparation for downtown rallies. At stations near the rallies, non-stop passage may be enforced if there are safety concerns, and if necessary, entrance closures and control measures may be implemented with police support.
