'OK Saenghwalminwon Field Service Day'... Ulsan Citizens Show High Satisfaction
Announcement of First Quarter Satisfaction Survey Results
According to a survey conducted in the first quarter among citizens who participated in Ulsan City's 'OK Saenghwal Minwon On-site Service Day,' the satisfaction level of citizens was found to be high.
This survey was carried out on March 5 at Seodong Ujeong LH1 Complex in Byeongyeong 2-dong, Jung-gu, and on March 19 at Ujeongseongyeong 1st Apartment in Ujeong-dong, Jung-gu.
Out of a total of 200 survey respondents, those in their 50s and older accounted for the highest participation rate at 73.5% of all respondents, followed by those in their 40s (19.5%), 30s (6.0%), and 20s (1.0%).
Men accounted for 19.3% and women for 80.7%, showing that female participants exceeded 80%.
The main channels through which citizens obtained information were apartment announcements and banners (45.5%), followed by administrative welfare center guidance (35.6%), community newsletter (6.4%), recommendations from acquaintances (6%), social media such as Instagram and blogs (5%), and other online platforms (1.5%).
In the service satisfaction survey, the 'knife sharpening' (35.4%) service recorded the highest satisfaction, followed by 'plant repotting' (34.4%), 'others (such as cutting board repair and eyeglass cleaning)' (18.2%), 'daily safety and cultural experiences' (6.5%), 'health management' (2.5%), 'daily life counseling' (2%), and 'small electronic devices and bicycle repairs' (1.0%).
The main reason for satisfaction was 'staff friendliness' (26.2%), followed by 'service meeting expectations' (24.1%), 'convenient location and time' (23.0%), and 'quick service' (22.4%).
In particular, the vast majority of respondents answered that they were generally satisfied, highlighting the positive evaluation of OK Saenghwal Minwon On-site Service Day.
On the other hand, in the dissatisfaction survey, 'long waiting times for knife sharpening and plant repotting' (52.9%) was the most frequently pointed out issue.
There were also opinions regarding 'inconvenient location and time' (35.2%) and 'dissatisfaction with service outcomes' (8.8%).
Suggestions included 'holding the event more frequently' and 'increasing the number of booths where children can participate.'
An official from Ulsan City stated, "It has been confirmed that citizens' satisfaction with OK Saenghwal Minwon On-site Service Day is quite high," and added, "We will actively reflect dissatisfaction factors and improvement requests in the future to provide better services."
