Dobong-gu Mayor Oh Eon-seok Holds School Violence Prevention Campaign at Jaun Elementary School
Dobong-gu (Mayor Oh Eon-seok) conducted a school violence prevention campaign on the morning of March 20 at Jaun Elementary School.
The campaign was attended by about 30 people, including Dobong-gu Mayor Oh Eon-seok, Dobong-gu staff, the Jaun Honorary Police Group, and officials from the Dobong Police Station. The Jaun Honorary Police Group is an organization composed of students from Jaun Elementary School.
On this day, they held signs with school violence prevention slogans on their way to school and shouted various phrases, reaffirming their commitment to creating a safe school free from school violence. Signs such as "You give me strength! Thank you," and "Precious me! You! Us!" attracted attention.
Mayor Oh Eon-seok of Dobong-gu said, "Schools should be the safest and most enjoyable places for students. It is time for all of us to join forces and work to create a safe school environment," adding, "The district will continue to promote various programs and support for the prevention of school violence."
