The two schools agreed to actively cooperate in various areas such as △establishing an education system linking high schools, universities, and industries △formulating industry-academia convergence education plans △developing regional talent growth plans through employment, growth, and settlement support, to strengthen the employment capabilities of local youth and young adults and promote sustainable growth.
An agreement-type specialized high school is a school that realizes customized education needed by the region through agreements among local governments, education offices, local companies, and specialized high schools. Schools selected as agreement-type specialized high schools receive up to 4.5 billion KRW in financial support over five years, as well as institutional support such as autonomy in curriculum organization and operation.
