Substantial Growth in Sales After Launch of 'DataEffect'
Featuring Expands Enterprise Social Media Data Analysis Services
Featuring, a social network service (SNS) data analysis company, announced on the 12th that its sales revenue increased by 38% year-on-year last year following the launch of its B2B social media data analysis solution, 'DataEffect.'
Launched in April last year, DataEffect is a Software as a Service (SaaS) that analyzes and visualizes various social media data tailored to the business characteristics of each company. It provides meaningful insights based on SNS data, supporting optimal decision-making in various fields such as influencer marketing, business strategy, and trend analysis.
For example, Company A, a leading comprehensive advertising agency in Korea, improved the inefficiency of managing SNS creator content performance indicators using Excel by building a 'Creator Dashboard' with DataEffect. This enabled real-time data monitoring such as top exposure hashtags, rapidly trending content, and audience analysis, resulting in a reduction of about 90% in working hours for practitioners.
Featuring plans to continue discovering cases of work efficiency using SNS data, such as trend keyword trends and analysis of positive and negative customer reactions, across various industries including fashion, beauty, travel, and entertainment, focusing on expanding new clients.
