Opening the Future for Youth! The 21st Korea Youth Expo to Be Held in Andong This May
To Be Held at Andong International Convention Center from May 22 to 24
Abundant Experience Booths and Mentor Lectures Planned
On June 7, Andong City in North Gyeongsang Province held a working meeting at the Andong International Convention Center with related organizations to ensure the successful hosting of the 21st Korea Youth Expo.
The meeting was attended by a total of 13 representatives from North Gyeongsang Province, Andong City, the Korea Youth Activity Promotion Agency, the event agency, and others. They discussed the expo's schedule, venue layout, and promotional strategies.
The meeting began with an initiation report from the event agencies selected in February (Planning Pub Co., Ltd. and ACT Co., Ltd.). The participants coordinated major task assignments, selected locations for the local event stage and experience booths, discussed the operation of side programs, and focused on promotional strategies to expand participation.
Held under the theme "Embracing the History of Korean Youth and Opening the Future," this expo will take place for three days from May 22 to 24.
A variety of programs will be organized for youth to take the lead, including a ceremony to commemorate Youth Month, operation of over 200 experience booths, a youth activity program competition, mentor lectures, and a national youth grand debate.
An Andong City official stated, "Through this meeting, we were able to establish a concrete direction for the expo," and added, "We will do our best to make this a meaningful festival where young people can actively participate and enjoy themselves."
