Implementing 100 Services Rapidly and Cost-Effectively
LG CNS is partnering with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to popularize cloud-based generative artificial intelligence (AI) services.
On the 4th, LG CNS announced the establishment of the 'AWS|LG CNS Generative AI Launch Center (Gen AI Launch Center).' This center is a dedicated task force (TF) that helps companies adopt generative AI services, with experts from both companies in the fields of generative AI and cloud participating.

The center is undertaking a project to rapidly build 100 generative AI services for companies at low cost. Companies can implement services where generative AI technology is applied, such as user-customized chatbots, marketing phrase and image generation services, and integrated issue management platforms.
In this process, LG CNS utilizes the 'Generative AI Quick Delivery' system. Generative AI Quick Delivery provides 'industry- and business area-specific use cases' and AI solutions that support everything from planning to implementation and verification of generative AI services in one go.
LG CNS has accumulated cases by conducting generative AI projects across various industries. Through this, it supports companies in establishing concrete roadmaps for adopting generative AI services. For example, an AI chatbot for financial consultants applies response manuals optimized for tasks such as searching and summarizing financial products.
LG CNS uses its own AI solution that allows companies to easily apply AI to existing applications to accelerate the development speed of generative AI services. This solution helps generative AI quickly learn from the company’s data and knowledge. It provides functions to collect and process data, analyze it, and select and manage optimized AI models.
It also creates synergy by combining with AWS’s generative AI services. Using 'Amazon Bedrock,' a fully managed service that allows access to major AI companies’ and Amazon’s foundation models, companies can select appropriate models and then create generative AI services. They can also utilize AWS’s proprietary foundation model 'Amazon Nova' and AWS’s high-performance computing specialized hardware.
