"1.3% Cashback When Buying a Car with Shinhan Card"
1.3% Credit, 0.5% Debit Cashback for Payments Over 5 Million KRW
Extra 0.2% Cashback with Shinhan Card My Car
When you buy a car with Shinhan Card, you can get up to 1.3% cashback.
Shinhan Card announced on the 14th that it will hold an event offering up to 1.3% cashback to customers who purchase new cars until the end of this month.
First, pre-registration is required for all domestic and imported new car models before purchasing a vehicle. Customers who make a lump-sum payment of 5 million KRW or more with a credit card will receive 1.3% cashback. For customers paying with a check card, 0.5% cashback is given for payments of 5 million KRW or more.
There is also a service for customers who prefer installment payments instead of lump-sum payments. Customers who pay 20 million KRW or more with a credit card and want to use installments will be offered a 3-month interest-free installment plan instead of cashback benefits.
Customers who pay with the 'Shinhan Card My Car' card will receive an additional 0.2% cashback (up to 100,000 KRW). To qualify, the car purchase payment must be 5 million KRW or more, and the customer must spend at least 1 million KRW cumulatively (excluding the car purchase amount) within 3 months after the vehicle purchase month.
Pre-registration for cashback can be done on the Shinhan Card website, Shinhan SolPay, ARS, and customer service centers. When cashback benefits are provided, existing card services such as airline mileage and point accumulation will not be offered.
