[Special Stock] Philoptics Hits New High on News of Samsung's Entry into Glass Substrate Business

The rise in the stock price is attributed to news of Samsung Electronics entering the glass substrate business. Reports have emerged that Samsung Electronics is collaborating with multiple materials, parts, and equipment (SoBuJang) companies to produce semiconductor glass substrates, leading related stocks to show recent strength. Discussions are reportedly being led by the purchasing team within Samsung's semiconductor business division (DS), with plans to establish a unique, independent supply chain for Samsung.
