Accordingly, the two companies will jointly offer a subscription service combining the LG Electronic Whiteboard, the most notable device in smart office environments, and Clova Note, an AI solution that records, summarizes, and shares meetings.
Customers subscribing to both the LG Electronic Whiteboard and Clova Note can enhance work efficiency by using a multi-screen setup on a large screen of up to 86 inches, displaying meeting materials on one side while AI writes meeting minutes in real time on the other. Additionally, through multi-touch functionality, multiple users can simultaneously draw or take notes related to the meeting while creating the minutes, enabling efficient communication.
The joint subscription promotion will be held on the LG Electronics B2B website from February 3 to April 30. Customers who subscribe to the bundled product during this period can use both the LG Electronic Whiteboard and Clova Note free of charge for three months. They will also receive regular product management from care experts. The whiteboard will be provided with professional care services including hardware and software status checks, free provision of genuine pens and erasers for the touch screen, and external cleaning including the touch screen.
Through this collaboration, LG Electronics aims to accelerate sales of the LG Electronic Whiteboard via subscription and plans to expand subscription services to various B2B products in the future. In particular, B2B subscription services are expected to be well received by companies that prioritize cash flow management, as they involve low initial costs and allow for easy long-term cost forecasting. Another advantage is simplified accounting since asset registration is not required, eliminating depreciation expenses.
