IAI Decides on 12.5 Billion KRW Third-Party Allocation Rights Offering
IE, a KOSDAQ-listed company, announced on the 6th that it has decided to conduct a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase to raise approximately 12.5 billion KRW for acquiring securities of other corporations and other purposes.
New shares totaling 60,386,473 common shares will be issued at 207 KRW per share. The third-party allotment recipients are DCE Co., Ltd. (the second largest shareholder, 48,309,179 shares) and CodeNature Co., Ltd. (12,077,294 shares).
