Dobong-gu Holds 'Living Sports Instructor Step System Signing Ceremony'
Dobong-gu (District Mayor Oh Eon-seok) held the first-ever "Living Sports Instructor Step Salary System Implementation Signing Ceremony" among Seoul's autonomous districts on December 20.
Until now, living sports instructors have been active on the front lines of various sports projects but have received poor treatment, such as not having their work experience recognized.
The district has been steadily discussing measures to improve the treatment of living sports instructors under the Dobong-gu Sports Council, and through this signing ceremony, finalized the introduction of the step salary system, which will be officially implemented starting January 1, 2025.
