KT ds Opens Internal Work Tool 'Works AI' Utilizing Artificial Intelligence... Based on MS Azure
Focus on Enhancing Work Efficiency with AI
KT Group's IT service specialist company kt ds announced on the 28th that it has launched the AI-based groupware 'Works AI.'
Works AI is based on the latest large language model (LLM) technology and Microsoft's Azure native environment. It is a next-generation groupware designed to help members integrate AI into their daily lives, focusing on enhancing work efficiency through AI.
An AI agent portal is placed on the main screen of the groupware so that members can check AI-recommended information as soon as they start work.
Through this, AI can be practically utilized in various tasks such as report writing, internet searching, software development, and infrastructure engineering.
Additionally, the 'AI Makers' feature allows members to design necessary plugins themselves and share them with colleagues, supporting creative work execution and increasing members' autonomy in collaboration.
Technically, the latest MS Azure technologies such as Azure App Service, Cosmos DB, and Azure AI Service have been applied to enhance the stability and speed of Works AI.
Moreover, a web search function combining internal company information and external data has been integrated to help members find the information they need more easily and quickly. Continuous development, including voice command features, is planned for the future.
