Integrated Logistics Platform 'Argo' Expands and Relocates to a Logistics Center 2.5 Times Larger

TechTaka, which operates the integrated logistics platform 'Argo,' announced on the 28th that it has expanded and relocated its Dongtan logistics center in Gyeonggi to the Namicheon logistics center, covering an area of 15,500㎡, in response to increased demand from client companies.
Since the launch of its service in 2020, Argo has operated a total of six directly managed and partner logistics centers, including Dongtan and Incheon, to provide efficient logistics processing centered on its self-developed system to client companies.
This year, as Argo consecutively launched Naver arrival guarantee and same-day delivery services, the logistics processing volume nearly tripled compared to the previous year, leading to the relocation to the Namicheon logistics center, which is about 2.5 times larger than the existing Dongtan center, covering 15,500㎡.
The Namicheon logistics center features systematic space partitioning with dedicated storage areas for high-value products and dedicated hanger racks for clothing items. Additionally, the expansion of inbound-only docks and the introduction of automated equipment have significantly shortened the lead time required for product inbound and outbound processes.
Prior to this expansion and relocation, Argo conducted schedule calculations and simulations to devise a zero-downtime inventory transfer plan that allowed simultaneous logistics center operation and relocation, completing the move without any losses to client companies.
