Since 2015, the corporation has been delivering kimchi to socially marginalized groups through the annual year-end “Love Kimchi Sharing” event. On this day, 2,900kg of kimchi was distributed to 580 vulnerable households in the region.
The event was jointly participated in by employees of the Urban Corporation and staff from the welfare center of the permanent rental housing. It was a meaningful time spent practicing the spirit of coexistence, with community members coming together beyond a simple donation event.
