Daedong started the day around the previous closing price but surged in the afternoon following the news of supplying agricultural machinery to Ukraine.
Daedong announced that it had agreed to supply tractors worth 30 billion KRW over three years to a local distributor in Ukraine that imports and sells agricultural machinery.
TYM, another agricultural machinery company, was also up 10.93% at 4,875 KRW at the same time.

On the same day, TYM donated agricultural machinery worth 550 million KRW to Ukraine, including 20 sets of tractors and implements for farming and disaster recovery, as well as maintenance parts.
