Three Billion announced that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with SomaGen to provide genetic testing for rare disease diagnosis. SomaGen receives specimens from suspected rare disease patients referred by medical and research institutions in the United States and produces genetic mutation data of the patients.

Additionally, both companies will actively supply rapid diagnostic testing services. They plan to strengthen cooperative activities such as joint marketing of genetic tests for rare disease diagnosis targeting rare disease patients in the United States.
