Chungnam Community Chest of Korea Donates 50 Million Won for Heating Costs to Taean County

View original imageThe Chungnam Community Chest of Korea has delivered a heartwarming gesture by donating winter heating funds, raised through general contributions, to support neighbors in need in the Taean area of Chungnam.
On the 11th, Chairman Sung Woojong and Secretary-General Yoo Byungseol of the Chungnam Community Chest of Korea held a donation ceremony in the office of the county governor, attended by County Governor Ka Sero and others, where a total of 50 million KRW in winter heating funds was delivered to Taean County and related organizations.
The county plans to distribute the winter heating funds to low-income households in the area and will also actively cooperate to ensure the successful operation of the "2025 Hope Sharing Campaign," which is scheduled to begin on December 1.
Chairman Sung Woojong stated, "With the full onset of winter approaching, the Chungnam Community Chest of Korea wanted to offer a small support for neighbors in need, which is why we made this donation. We will continue to work together with Taean County and related organizations to be an organization that reaches out to those in darkness."
