Nautilus Operates 'K-Global Accelerating' in Silicon Valley
Nautilus Investment (hereinafter Nautilus) announced that it successfully completed a program held locally in Silicon Valley, USA, last September.
This open innovation was a local meetup opportunity provided to applicants among the participating companies in the 2024 K-Global Accelerating Project. Nautilus recruited promising startups wishing to strengthen their overseas expansion capabilities and supported the entire program operated locally. Prior to traveling to the site, participating companies received comprehensive training necessary for carrying out the global local program, including IR material preparation and English pitching consulting.
Through this program, participants gained innovative insights to succeed in the global market by exploring the startup support environment at Stanford University, which boasts a top-tier reputation in Silicon Valley, receiving education on the UC Berkeley SkyDeck support program, and visiting excellent unicorn companies recognized as successful global scale-up cases. Additionally, they attended lectures on corporate law necessary for the US local market, special VC lectures, an AI conference based on local demonstration cases, participated in the Korean ICT startup exhibition and consultation, and engaged in business matching, thereby seeking open innovation opportunities with global big tech companies.
Kim Eun-jung, CEO of StayJungle, who participated in this event, stated, “This event provided an opportunity to interact with the Silicon Valley startup ecosystem, and especially by participating in the Microsoft MTC program, we had the chance to demo our business model on-site using an AI platform service that has not yet been publicly released, which became a turning point for actively adopting AI platforms in our future business operations.”
