Mom's Touch Opens First Drive-Thru... Introducing Breakfast Menu at Seoksu Station
Gyeongin Expressway Entrance... Morning Sales of Scramble Burgers with Deep Cheese, Bulgogi for Office Workers and Outing Visitors
Mom's Touch announced on the 14th that it has opened its first Drive-Thru (DT) store, 'Mom's Touch Seoksu Station DT Branch.' Following the opening of large-scale strategic stores in major tourist landmarks and key urban commercial areas this year, the company is introducing its first DT store and expanding customer touchpoints across various commercial districts.
Located in Seoksu-dong, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, the Seoksu Station DT Branch is a comfortable standalone store with two floors above ground and approximately 90 seats. Situated near the entrance to the Gyeongin Expressway, it offers easy vehicle access for commuting and outings. Additionally, it boasts optimal location conditions as a DT store, surrounded by large apartment complexes, big-box marts, and various living infrastructures.
To ensure the successful establishment of Korea's first DT service, Mom's Touch has built a dedicated DT kitchen system featuring ▲a sales lineup focused on best-selling menu items to shorten service time ▲menu differentiation for DT and breakfast ▲optimal temperature control equipment and conveyor belts.
First, the Seoksu Station DT Branch optimized its menu lineup around popular products with high customer demand. It quickly serves a variety of Mom's Touch's best menu items, including 14 popular burgers such as the 'Ssaiburger,' 6 chicken dishes including the signature 'Big Ssae Boneless,' and 5 pizzas including the recently trending 'Ssaipizza,' catering to both DT and dine-in customers.
Notably, the industry-first introduction of slice pizza to the DT menu allows customers to conveniently enjoy pizza inside their cars. The store also plans to enhance DT customer satisfaction with various specialized menu items such as large-sized coffee and churros, considering snack demands during commuting and outings.
Morning menus are available from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. during rush hours. Featuring Mom's Touch's unique breakfast items like two types of scrambled burgers (Deep Cheese, Bulgogi), the store supports a hearty breakfast for busy commuters.
Mom's Touch has put significant effort into minimizing wait times and improving operational efficiency for DT customers. By adopting conveyor belts used in the Shibuya Mom's Touch and Myeongdong branches opened this year, production efficiency is maximized. Additionally, kitchen operations based on precise demand forecasting and optimal temperature control equipment shorten preparation times, providing DT customers with a high-quality menu experience comparable to dine-in customers.
